Carol Camfield

Carol has worked in health and wellbeing for over 20 years.  With a clinical background in nursing, she is experienced in a variety of specialities including Primary care, cancer and palliative care, diabetes and infection control. 


She has always been fascinated by the therapeutic qualities of relationships – the power of connecting, empathy and support - and has developed these skills through training in coaching, training, and counselling.  Viewing  humans holistically, Carol combines these skills with excellent clinical knowledge and compassion to support and empower people to make informed decisions about health.


Carol is passionate about wellbeing and, alongside her nursing roles, has worked as a Wellbeing Mentor for University students with mental and physical health conditions and as a Wellbeing coach.


She is a confident, thoughtful and experienced trainer, working with organisations to help people grow their skills, awareness and confidence in a variety of clinical areas as well as developing strategies to improve wellbeing, stress,  resilience and communication.


With a Masters in Global Public Health, Carol now works as a Health and Wellbeing Consultant drawing on her experience and understanding of health and humans to develop and deliver health improvement initiatives at an individual and population level.

Tom Davies

Tom began work as a paramedic in 2004, having returned from adventures in France, Australia and the Caribbean as a professional rugby player and scuba diving instructor. He is currently  working as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, specialising in emergency medicine and a Clinical Mentor for an NHS ambulance trust. 


Tom has worked as a Critical Care Paramedic on the Midlands Air Ambulance, completed a Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice and instructs on a number of industry recognised courses, including Advanced Life Support, Battlefield Advanced Trauma Life Support and Major Incident Medical Management and Support. 


With his extensive experience of pre-hospital medicine and love of the outdoors he is able to apply his knowledge to a wide variety of environments. Utilising scenario based training, No Notice Exercises (NNE) and clinical leadership, he provides and develops clinically excellent solutions to existing healthcare systems. 


Recognising the power of human relationships and the importance of compassion in all areas of healthcare, Tom brings his intuitive understanding of human behaviour to his work. By empowering others he has a positive impact not only on individuals’ mental health and wellbeing, but also on organisational culture.
